On parameterizing higher-order motion for behaviour recognition

چکیده
Human behaviours consist different types of motion; we show how they can be disambiguated into their components in a richer way than that currently possible. Studies on optical flow have concentrated motion alone without the higher order components: snap, jerk and acceleration. We are first to acceleration, jerk, snap constituent parts obtained from image sequences, deployed for analysis, especially behaviour. demonstrate estimation acceleration sport, human motion, traffic scenes violent behaviour wide potential application analysis Determining is suited which contain them: innate containing acts behaviour, but it not just contains quickly changing movement: gait though approaches yet consider radial tangential since concentrate alone. The synthetic real-world images illustrates ability discriminate objects under motion. Then new applied heel strike detection gait. These results approach ready developing applications recognition provides basis future research higher-order analysis.

A Hybrid Approach Based on Higher Order Spectra for Clinical Recognition of Seizure and Epilepsy Using Brain Activity
Introduction: This paper proposes a reliable and efficient technique to recognize different epilepsy states, including healthy, interictal, and ictal states, using Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. Methods: The proposed approach consists of pre-processing, feature extraction by higher order spectra, feature normalization, feature selection by genetic algorithm and ranking method, and classif...
متن کاملMechanical behaviour of motion for the two-dimensional monolayer system
In this paper we study the dynamics of the 2D-motion of a particle of monolayer. First we consider the usual physical time component and the plan manifold R2, having the polar coordinates. Then a geometric approach to nonholonomic constrained mechanical systems is applied to a problem from the two dimensional geometric dynamics of the Langmuir-Blodgett monolayer. We consider a constraint sub...
متن کاملParameterizing Interpersonal Behaviour with Laban Movement Analysis
In this paper we propose a probabilistic model to parameterize human interactive behaviour from human motion. To Support the model taxonomy, we use Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), proposed by Rudolph Laban [11], to characterize human non-verbal communication. In interpersonal communication, body motion carries a lot of meaningful information, useful to analyse group dynamic behaviors in a wide r...
متن کاملHigher-Order Spectral Analysis of Human Motion
We describe a higher-order spectral analysis-based approach for detecting people by recognizing human motion such as walking or running. The periodic attribute of human motion lends itself to efficient spectral inspection. In the proposed method, the stride length is determined in every frame as the image sequence evolves. The bispectrum which is the Fourier transform of the triple correlation ...
متن کاملType and Behaviour Reconstruction for Higher-Order Concurrent Programs
In this paper we develop a sound and complete type and behaviour inference algorithm for a fragment of CML (Standard ML with primitives for concurrency). Behaviours resemble terms of a process algebra and yield a concise representation of the communications taking place during execution; types are mostly as usual except that function types and “delayed communication types” are labelled by behav...
